If you break these Terms and Conditions, 1ticketlive reserves the right to prevent your future use of this web site, cancel your order request, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Since event tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating Market, ticket prices are subject to change at any time. For up-to-date, current prices, please call or consult our website.

All ticket prices are guaranteed at the time an order is placed, and payment is received.

100% full payment must be received in order to guarantee a ticket purchase.

A confirmation receipt will be issued upon full payment.

1ticketlive reserves the right to provide ticket upgrades at no extra cost to the client.

Accepted forms of payment are credit card (Visa, MasterCard,) or debit card (Switch, Maestro, Solo etc)

Tickets will be dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day), UPS delivery worldwide, FedEx, or by local ticket collection at the particular venue. We get the tickets to you as soon as possible.

1ticketlive reserve the right to deliver tickets at any point between the time of purchase and the day of the event.

1ticketlive will not be responsible for event postponements or event cancellations of any kind. This includes changes in event date, event time, venue change and weather conditions. All ticket purchases are final.

1ticketlive is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the service of finding and providing tickets for admission to events world wide.

1ticketlive is not affiliated with any box office.

All payments will be taken in GBP.

If an event has been cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be contacted by one of our team to arrange a prompt refund

Delivery of tickets We will endeavour to deliver your tickets as soon as possible. Usually, tickets will be dispatched to you at least 7 days before the date of the game. In some cases, due to the nature of the business, tickets do not arrive with us until shortly before matchday. These tickets are held back by the club as a prevention measure against loss of tickets, fraud or counterfeiting of the tickets. In extreme circumstances, tickets do not arrive with us until the date of the game. If the tickets arrive with us too late to be posted, we will arrange for you to collect your tickets either from our London shop or from a representative at the stadium. If for some reason your tickets do not reach you on time because they have been held up in the post then we will replace the tickets at the venue on the date of the event

Other notes If your first choice of tickets is not available we reserve the right to upgrade your seats at no extra cost or downgrade with a partial refund. Odd numbers of tickets cannot be guaranteed to be together in the same row, but we will do our best. All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be duplicated or refunded

1. THE CONTRACT

These Booking Terms and Conditions shall constitute a binding agreement and contract between you, your company and 1ticketlive.; you accept the terms and conditions of this contract when you confirm the requirements of your order in writing, by either a booking form, letter, email, purchase order or facsimile.

Returns

All purchases are final and no refunds are processed except in the case that an event is cancelled and not rescheduled. Please order tickets only after you are certain you want them as processed orders cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event has been cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be contacted by one of our team to arrange a prompt refund.

Orders

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your payment is received. NEVER assume your order is cancelled simply because you have not yet been contacted by us. Online orders placed over the weekend or after business hours may not be processed until the next business day.

Dates & Times

Event dates and times printed on the face of the tickets are always subject to change, especially with football matches. It is important that you check with the venue or media to assure that you arrive at the correct time and date. All times listed on the web site are local to the area of the event. Because tickets are released very close to the time of the match, international delivery may not be possible and your tickets will have to be delivered to your hotel the day/night before the event. Please notify the hotel reception desk/concierge that they can be expected to accept the delivery on your behalf. It is your responsibility to be available to accept the delivery. You also agree to provide us with a secure delivery location and authorise anybody at that address to act as your agent to accept delivery of the package for you. If you have not received your tickets 48 hours before the event date, please contact us during normal business hours on. We do not allow any reroutes on the package. The courier must deliver it to the address on the package. They cannot deliver it to any other address. If you have any specific delivery requirements please make those arrangements when you place the order. Normally, tickets are sent to your credit card billing address. The Billing Address will be verified with your credit card company so you must use the exact address that your statements are sent to. Should you require that the order be shipped to an alternate address we will require a faxed authorization from you. This includes a signed copy of the invoice along with legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card that was used. This is done to protect us both against fraudulent use. If for any reason your tickets are returned to us or could not be delivered, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt. If you are unavailable or you refuse delivery of your tickets we will place the tickets back for sale on consignment and act as your agent to attempt to recover some or all of your costs. You have the right to set the asking price for your tickets, however, if no communication can be made we will price them appropriately in attempt to recover as much of your money as possible. In some cases this could be substantially less than what you originally paid. At any time you have the right to request your tickets to be sent back to you. Carefully select a shipping method so your tickets will be shipped back to you in time for your event. Please take caution to allow enough time for the tickets to be shipped back to you. We are not responsible under any circumstances for timely delivery of your consignment tickets.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

After you receive your tickets, please keep them out of the sunlight, in a cool, safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.

Postponed Events

If an event is postponed the tickets will be honoured for the new date of the show. New tickets will not need to be issued. If you cannot make the new date we can only offer to attempt to sell your tickets on your behalf, free of charge. If we are able to sell your tickets you would receive 100% of the amount that we sell them for, up to the price that you paid. In some cases, please be aware that tickets may be sold below the price which you paid in order to recover some of the funds, rather than none.

Liability of 1ticketlive.com

The client hereby acknowledges that 1ticketlive.com will not be liable for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual harm or loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the client or any due to any act or omission by or on behalf of any third party. In any event 1ticketlive.com shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or its guests arising out of the booking. This limitation of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any of the client's guests or for any further costs, demands or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking. 1ticketlive.com will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of God (rain out, earthquake, flood, etc.), war, terrorism, strike or lockout. If any legal proceedings of any nature are brought by 1ticketlive.com because of breach of or to enforce or interpret any of the terms of this contract, 1ticketlive.com shall be able to recover from you its reasonable solicitor's fees and other associated costs; this contract, together with the description of services provided by on1ticketlive.com its invoice, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and replaces and supersedes all agreements, promises or understandings, whether written or oral, and cannot be modified unless in writing and signed by the General Manager of. 1ticketlive.com Please be aware some event tickets may feature identification details of the original buyer, which may mean that anyone other than the original buyer could be REFUSED ENTRY to the event. Alternatively, event organizers may seek to limit the use of tickets (or pass codes to buy tickets) to the original purchaser. Although all tickets are sold in good faith, If you or your customer is REFUSED ENTRY on the above grounds, unfortunately we will be unable to give a refund.
